The start/finish line will be located next at the picinic shelter on far east side of the park. For both the marathon and the half marathon runners will run a 3.30 mile loop repeatedly. For the marathons will run the loop 8 times for the half marathon runners will run the loop 4 times. The loop will be well marked, but runners should be aware of the course. After each loop runners will be required to check in with the volunteers and make sure their lap has been counted. A map of the route can be found here: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5293084

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a closed course and you will be required to yield to others on the trail and we ask that you not run more then two abreast. Also I was told there will be baseball games going on in the park, so please to aware of games and watch out. This is NOT a Boston Qulifying course and is designed to be a fun run and safety is our number one prioirty, so please be careful and cautious.

At the start/finish area there will be a fully stocked aid station. We will have water and Gatorade as well as possibly chips, cookies, gummy bears, jelly beans, pretzels among other things.

This event will not be chip timed and volunteers will be writing down times of each runner as they finish. Since this is a small event (about 100 runners), there is no need for chip timing. This is not a Boston Qualifying event and runners should see this as a fun run.

All finishers will recieve a finisher's medal. There will also be addistional awards to the top male and female finishers in the marathon and half marathon.
